Addison Project
Planning & Cost Control
Addison Project operates planning procedures appropriate to the size and complexity of each individual project.
The mainstay is the integration of fully networked programmes from design, suppliers, sub contractors, etc. into one masterplan. These are normally Level 1, 2 & 3 programmes, however in the case of sensitive plant areas or working plant it may be necessary to produce a lower level of programme to suit the conditions.
Once an enquiry is received into our system, a tender programme is produced to demonstrate our basic understanding of the enquiry. If the tender is then won and the project becomes “live” a level 2 contract programme is produced usually within four weeks for approval by the client. Once agreement is reached on the level 2 programme it is then developed to suit the work content.
We have a fully networked system so that programmes can easily be viewed within our organisation or dispatched with ease to our respective clients. We have full colour printing and plotting facilities (up to A1) which enhance both presentation and clarity of information such as critical path activities.
Use of Computers/software for Planning
Currently we are using MS Project, as we have found that a large percentage of our suppliers, clients and sub contractors use this system.

Project Costing and Estimating
The project estimate is generated and maintain during the project life cycle, to reflect the current project cost status and anticipated final costs. Design charges incurred by the project can be easily accessed and correlated against allocated hours for each individual allocated to the project.
Purchase Order
Purchase orders are generated and monitored during the enquiry, order placement, procurement and delivery stages.
Reports
Various types of reports are available, estimate detail, summary in section by section and project total. Purchase order status/ delivery status. Work packages for equipment status/ construction erection.
